| 摘 要： | 对酶法在中药提取中应用进行综述,纤维素酶、果胶酶、木瓜蛋白酶等酶能够破坏植物细胞壁,使有效成分易于浸出,在中药提取中得到了广泛的应用。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized advances on application of enzyme to extraction of Chinese herbal medicine.Cellulase,pectolase,papayin and so on can destroy the plant cell wall,so effective component is easy to leach out.Enzyme obtained the widespread application in the Chinese native medicine extraction. |
