| 摘 要： | 目的研究何首乌炮制前后二苯乙烯苷和大黄素的变化规律。方法采用HPLC法测定生、制首乌中大黄素和二苯乙烯苷含量。结果何首乌及两种制何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的含量分别为：5.512%、3.538%和3.811%;大黄素的含量分别为：0.094%、0.126%和0.119%。结论采用RP-HPLC法测定生、制首乌中二苯乙烯苷和大黄素的含量,可为何首乌及制何首乌饮片的质量控制及何首乌饮片炮制工艺的规范化提供依据,具有推广应价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the contents of toluylene and archen in polygonum multiflorum with RP-HPLC.Method The contents of toluylene and archen in polygonum multiflorum were determined by HPLC.Results The contents of toluylene were 5.512% and 3.518%,respectively.The contents of archen were 0.094% and 0.126%,respectively.Conclusion The results can be provided as a reliable reference for the quality control and the processing standardization for the processed and unprocessed polygonum multiflorum. |
