| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨艾灸抑瘤效应的免疫学机理。方法：建立EL4淋巴瘤实体瘤小鼠模型,“大椎”穴施以艾灸治疗,采用吞噬试验、MTT法、结晶紫染色、硝酸还原酶法检测巨噬细胞（Mφ）免疫功能。结果：艾灸对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能低下或受抑状态,能起到正向免疫调节作用,实验组小鼠腹腔Mφ吞噬功能、杀伤活性及肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、一氧化氮（NO）产生水平较对照组明显增高。结论：艾灸抑瘤效应与其增强小鼠细胞免疫功能有关。

| Abstract: | Objcetive:To analyse the antitumor immunological mechanism of moxibustion.Methods:To establish EL4 lymphadenoma solid tumor models in mice.On the point of "DaZhui"treated by moxibustion to assay periteneal cavity macrophages the immunocompetence by immunological methods.Results:The moxibustion therapy could improve the immunodepression in the tumor bearing mice and improve the ability of endocytesis?cytotoxicity and stimulate the secrete of Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF)?Nitric Oxide (NO) by macrophages.Conclusion:The antitumor effect of the moxibustion might be correlation with its improving the functions of cellular immunity. |
