| 摘 要： | 目的建立北刘寄奴药材质量的评价方法。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了市售北刘寄奴9个样品中木犀草素的含量。结果北刘寄奴中木犀草素的含量与茎梗、叶、花的相对比例有一定相关性,茎梗所占比例大的药材,其木犀草素的含量较高。结论该方法快速简便,稳定可靠,控制药材中茎梗、叶和花的比例,可保证北刘寄奴药材质量的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method for evaluating the quality of Bei Liu-Ji-Nu(the whole herb of Siphonostergia chinensis Benth).Methods RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of luetolin in Siphonostergia chinensis collected from markets in the north of China.Results The assay was successfully applied to determination of luteolin in Bei liu-ji-nu.The significant difference in the content of luteolin was observed from different samples.The herbs with higher proportion of stems contain higher content of luteolin.Conclusion This method was proved to be rapid,precise and reliable enough to be applied for the quality control of Bei liu-ji-nu.The coincidence in the quality of Bei liu-ji-nu can be obtained by controlling the proportion among stems,leave and flowers in herbs. |
