两种慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的:从卫生经济学的角度,对中西医结合治疗和单纯西医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病方案的效果进行评价。方法:采用回顾性研究,对203例接受两种疗法的本病患者进行成本-效果分析。结果:中西医结合治疗组和西医治疗组的有效率分别为80.2%、62.4%。两组成本-效果比分别为111.42元、116.25元。中西医结合治疗组与西医治疗组相比,只需追加较少的费用(94.01元)就可获得额外的一个单位效果。敏感度分析结果均与参数改变前的结果基本一致。结论:中西医结合治疗本病可能更为经济、有效。

Cost - Effectiveness Analysis of Two Therapies for Chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease

Objective:To assess the economic impact of combina-tion of TCM and western medicine therapy and the group of westernmedicine therapy for COPD from the aspect of health economics.Methods:Using the methods of retrospective survey,203 patientswith COPD are evaluated by using and cost-effectiveness analysis.Results:The general effective rate the group of combination of TCMand western medicine therapy and the group of western medicinetherapy were 80.2% and 62.4% respectively.Cost-Effectivenessratio were 111.42 and 116.25 yuan respectively.The results by in-cremental analysis showed that the cost per 1 unit effectiveness in-creased of combination of TCM and western medicine than westernmedicine therapy only needed 94.01 yuan.It showed that the resultof this study was more stable and reliable by sensitivity analysis.Conclusions:The therapy of combination of TCM and western medi-cine therapy is cost-effectiveness in the progress of clinical treat-ment of COPD.
