| Abstract: | Hemoperfusion has been used in acute and severe organophosphate poisoning for several decades,but up to now its therapeutic effect is still not sure at home and abroad. In this article, the development of hemoperfusion, its use in organophosphate poisoning and the disputing questions such as the recovery of the plasma cholinesterase activity,the dosage of atropine, and the clinical effect and so on , as well as potential application are briefly reviewed. |
