多层CT血管造影在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因诊断中的应用

目的评价多层螺旋CT对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因诊断中的价值。方法11例MSCT平扫确诊为SAH患者均行64层螺旋CT脑血管造影,其中8例MSCT检查后进行DSA检查,3例进行手术治疗。结果MSCT造影显示11例自发性SAH中,9例为动脉瘤出血,1例脑动静脉畸形。11例病例均经DSA或手术证实。结论多层CT血管造影对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血的病因诊断准确性高,无创伤性,快速,简便。可作为一种首选的检查方法。

Etiology diagnostic value of the MSCT angiography in spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the etiology diagnostic value of the MSCT in spontaneous Subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods 64-CT angiography was performed in 11 patients with SAH were detected by MSCT scan, 8 cases were examined by DSA after MSCT scan, 3 cases were carried out the surgical therapy. Results MSCT demonstrated the spontaneous SAH in 11 cases, 9 cases were aneurysm hemorrhage, 1 case was arteriovenous malformation (AVM), all cases were proved by DSA or operation. Conclusion MSCT angiography is safe and accurate and effective to detect the etiology diagnosis of the spontaneous SAH, so it is a preferred means of examination.
