颞侧巩膜手法小切口白内障摘除术治疗青光眼术后白内障

目的：评价经颞侧巩膜手法小切口白内障摘除术对青光眼术后白内障的治疗效果。方法采用颞侧巩膜隧道切口，对41例（46眼）青光眼术后白内障施行手法小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术，术后观察视力、眼压、角膜曲率、滤泡等情况。结果 随访6～18个月，全部患者视力较术前提高，眼压与术前基本相同，滤泡形态无改变。术后角膜曲率的变化（0.50～1.25D）在术后3个月恢复至术前状态。结论 经颞侧巩膜手法小切口白内障摘除术是治疗青光眼术后白内障的有效方法。

Manual small incision cataract surgery through temporal scleral incision after glaucoma surgery

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of manual small incision cataract surgery（MSICS） through a temporal scleral incision after glaucoma surgery. Methods 41patients（46 eyes） with cataract after glaucoma surgery under went manual small incision through a temporal scleral tunnel incision The postoperative visual acuity intraocular pressure（IOP） ,filtering bleb were observe. Results Follow up 6~18months the visual acuity of all the eyes were improved after surgery. There were no change in IOP and filtering bleb. Postoperative changes in corneal curvature（0. 50 - 1.25D） in the 3 months after return to preoperative levels. Conclusions The MSICS through a temporal sclerel tunnel incision is convenient and effective after glancoma surgery.
