| 摘 要： | 采用美国惠普ＧＰ－８５００彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对３０例原发性开角型青光眼患者及３０例正常人视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值、舒张末期峰值及阻力指数进行了观测，结果显示原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉血流速度收缩期峰值，舒张未期峰值较正常人降低（Ｐ〈０．０５），阻斩指数增加（Ｐ〈０．０１），即原发性开角型青光眼视网膜中央动脉呈低流速，高阻力状态，研究认为：彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对原发性开角型青光眼发病

| Abstract: | With color Doppler ultrasound GP-8500, blood flow parameters of central artery were studied in 30 chronic open-angle glaucoma patients and 30 normal persons. Compared with normal subjects, the patients showed a statistical significant decrease (p< 0.05) inthe mean peak systolic velocity,the mean end diastolic velocity and an increase in the mean resistive index. The now velocity of central retinaI artery of patients with chronic open-angle glaucoma was low and the vascular resistance was high. We found that color doppler ultrasound was useful to study the pathogenesis of the primary open-angle glaucoma. |
