| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨NET-1在结直肠癌中的表达及临床病理意义。方法:免疫组化法检测88例结直肠癌中NET-1基因蛋白的表达。结果:NET-1基因蛋白的表达与肠癌组织分化有关,低分化组中表达显著高于高分化组,有淋巴结转移组中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移组,DukesC期组中表达显著高于DukesA期组.同时与肿瘤组织内坏死及癌间质中炎症反应有关(P均<0.05)。结论:NET-1基因蛋白是肿瘤相关蛋白,其表达与结直肠癌预后相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression and signification of NET-1 in colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The expression of NET-1 in 88 cases of colorectal carcinoma was studied by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression of NET-1 was clearly associated with with differentiation.The expression was significantly higher in low grades than in high grades,higher in cases with lymphatic metastasis than in cases without lymphatic metastasis and higher in cases with Dukes C stages than in cases with Dukes A stages.And it was associated with necrosis and inflammation.Conclusion:NET-1 is one of the colorectal relative proteins,whose expression was relative with the prognosis of colorectal carcinoma |
