| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤（RAML）的DSA表现及介入治疗的应用价值。方法：搜集11例RAML病人，行患侧肾动脉DSA检查，明确诊断后，根据临床需要进行明胶海绵动脉栓塞治疗。结果：RAML在DSA检查上有特征性改变，肾动脉栓塞术使RAML破裂引起的症状明显减轻，瘤体囊变坏死，6例手术治疗的病人，瘤体缩小，术中出血减少。结论：选择性肾动脉造影及肾动脉栓塞术在RAML的诊断和治疗中具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the DSA appearance and the value of interventional therapy of renal angiomyolipoma(RAML).Methods:In eleven cases of RAML,selective renal arteriography was carried out. After the diagnosis was proven,embolization of gelfoam particles were performed according to the clinical need.Results:RAML has characteristic appearance in DSA examination. Selective arterial embolization could distinctly relieve the clinical symptoms caused by RAML rupture and make the tumor body cystic change and liquefactive necrosis. In six cases with surgical treatment, tumor body was shrunk in size and the bleeding reduced in operation.Conclusion:Selective renal arteriography and embolization possesses higher practical value in the diagnosis and treatment of RAML. |
