湖州市农村人群乙肝血清流行病学研究

目的：了解湖州市农村社区人群乙型病毒性肝炎感染情况与流行特征。方法：按多阶段整群系统随机抽样方法，随机抽取4987名农村健康人为研究对象，用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc、HBeAg、抗-HBe，同时调查相关危险因素。结果：湖州市农村社区人群HBsAg携带率为5．86％，15岁以下年龄组较低为，0．65％，男性高于女性（Х^2=9．547，P〈0．01）；抗-HBs阳性率为36．88％，0～岁组最高，为57．38％；抗-HBc阳性率为59．31％，其中单项抗-HBc阳性率为27．49％；HBeAg阳性率为0．44％；抗-HBe阳性率为2．93％。结论：湖州市农村社区人群HBsAg携带率特别是5岁以下年龄组已控制在较低水平，乙肝疫苗的广泛接种取得明显成效。

Seroepidemiological investigation of hepatitis B in a rural population of Huzhou

Objective The present investigation was conducted to gain insight into the infection rate and the seroepidemiological characteristics of hepatitis B among a rural population in Huzhou city. Method 4 987 people were randomly selected by Multi--stage cluster sampling system. ELISA methods were used to test the HbsAg, HbsAb, HbcAb, HbeAg, HBeAb Of hepatitis B and relevant risk factors were investigated at the same time. Result The HBsAg carrier rate was 5.86%, and the rate of people under the age of 15（0. 65%） was the lowest among all the age groups. The HBsAg carrier rate for male was higher than that of the female （Х^2= 9. 547,P〈0. 01）. The rate of HBsAb positive was 36.88% ,and the rate of people under the age of 5（57.38%） was the highest among all the age groups. The rate of HBcAb positive was 59. 31%, and 27.49% were only HBcAb positive. The rate of HBeAg and HBeAb positive were 0. 44% and 2. 93%. Conclusion The HBsAg carrier rate of the rural population, especially that of people under the age of 15, was controlled at a low level after the implementation of HB vaccination program in Huzhou City.
