CR在乳腺钼靶X线检查中的应用

目的 探讨计算机X线成像(computed radiography，CR)在乳腺钼靶X线检查中的优越性。方法 350例来我科作乳腺检查者，分别行普通钼靶(56例)和经CR处理的数字化乳腺摄影(294例)，对其照片进行分析、评价。结果 普通钼靶摄影组的满意率、重摄率、阳性率分别为73．2％、26．8％和75％；数字化乳腺摄影组的满意率、重摄率、阳性率分别为100％、0和83％。结论 现有普通钼靶X线机及CR系统的结合实现了乳腺检查的半数字化，可提高其诊断效果。

Computed radiography applied for examination of breast lesions

Objective To evaluate the superiority of computed radiography in mammography.Methods 350 patients with breast problems were randomly assigned to undergo digital mammography (294 cases) and plain film mammography (56 cases). The pictures were analysed and evaluated.Results The plain film mammography demonstrated that the rates of success, re-examination and positivity were 73.2%, 26.8% and 75%, repectively, while the corresponding rates the digital mammography revealed were 100%, 0% and 83%, respectively.Conclusion Digital mammography surpasses common mammography in successful rate and positive rate, minimizing re-examination rate, producing quality pictures, and considerably reducing the examination costs.
