| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻（UPJO）的诊断与治疗方法，方法：回顾性分析1992－2001年收治的UPJO25例的临床资料，IVU检查20例，直接显示UPJO9例。肾盂逆行或肾盂穿刺电视监测下动态造影共16例，均获确诊，25例均行手术治疗，以Anderson-Hynes术式为主（14／25）。结果：全部治愈出院，术后3个月－1年随访18例，远期疗效，结论：UPJO进展隐匿，早期缺乏特异性表现，往往因并发肾积水而就诊，影像学检查是诊断的重要方法，一经确诊，均需手术治疗，倾向于Anderson-Hynes术式为首选。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of the obstruction of ureteropelvic junction(UPJO). Methods 25 cases of UPJO, from 1992 to 2001,were reviewed retrospectively,20 cases had IVU with 9 positive,16 cases had retrograde pyelography or TV guided dynamic pyelography with all positive. 25 cases were all treated by surgery (14 cases underwent the Anderson Hynes Pyeloplasty).Result All cases were cured , 18 cases were followed up for 0.3 1 year with satisfactory long term results.Conclusion The development of UPJO is very insidious.The imaging techniques are essential to the diagnosis.Operation should be performed as early as possible and the Anderson Hynes Pyeloplasty may be the first choice. |
