摘 要: | 目的:研究墨旱莲水煎剂的延缓肝脏衰老作用。方法:正常对照组小鼠每日腹腔注射生理盐水1mg/10g鼠重并同时灌胃与墨旱莲水煎剂等容量的生理盐水;单纯D-半乳糖损伤组小鼠每日腹腔注射与正常组等容量的D-半乳糖1mg/10g鼠重并同时灌胃与墨旱莲水煎剂等容量的生理盐水;墨旱莲水煎剂组腹腔注射与单纯D-半乳糖损伤组等容量的D-半乳糖1mg/10g鼠重,同时分别灌胃墨旱莲水煎剂8mg/g、16mg/g、32mg/g鼠重。43天后取肝进行形态学观察并测定肝组织中SOD和GSH-PX活性及MDA含量。结果:形态学观察与单纯D-半乳糖损伤组小鼠相比墨旱莲水煎剂组肝细胞损伤轻;与正常对照组相比单纯D-半乳糖损伤组的SOD和GSH-PX活性降低非常显著,MDA含量升高非常显著(P<0.01);与单纯D-半乳糖损伤组相比墨旱莲水煎剂组SOD和GSH-PX活性显著升高且MDA含量显著降低,并呈剂量依赖性(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:墨旱莲水煎剂有延缓肝脏衰老作用。

Abstract: | Objective:The effect of delaying liver aging of Eclipta Alba apozem on the mice can be studied.Methods:The mice were divided into five groups and the four groups in them were injected with D-galactose by intraperitoneal every day.And the dosage was 1mg/10g weight.Another group was the normal one to compare with the four groups.The mice of the normal group were injected with brine by intraperitoneal every day.At the same time the three groups of the four groups were cured with different dosages of Eclipta Alba apozem by lavaging respectively.And the dosages were 8mg/g,16mg/g and 32mg/g weight.But the other two groups were only lavaged with the brine every day.After forty-two days the effect of delaying liver aging of the medicine can be researched by light microscope,electron microscope and measuring SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in the liver.Results:By light microscope and electron microscope it can be seen that the cells of the liver were better in the mice which took orally Eclipta alba apozem than only injected with D-galactose.Compared to the normal group the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in the mice only injected with D-galactose was obviously lower and the content of MDA was more(P〈0.01).Compared with the group only injected with D-galactose the activity of SOD and GSH-PX was higher and the content of MDA was less in the mice which took orally Eclipta alba apozem(P〈0.05~P〈0.01)and the bigger the dosage was in some range,the better the result was.Conclusion:Eclipta alba apozem has the effect of delaying liver aging to the mice induced senilily by D-galactose. |
