中药磨盘草的化学成分

摘    要:目的研究中药磨盘草的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离磨盘草的化学成分,通过理化常数和1D-NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从磨盘草中分离了7个化合物,鉴定了6个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,1)、齐墩果酸(oleanicacid,2)、24R-5α豆甾烷-3,6-二酮((24R)-5α-stigmastane-3,6-dione,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、2,6-二甲氧基对苯醌(2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone,5)、香草酸(vanillic acid,6),还有一个脂肪酸类成分。结论化合物2-5均为首次从磨盘草中分得。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet. Methods The compounds were separated by the combined use of column chromatography with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures of the compounds obtained were elucidated by physicochemical constants and spectroscopic methods. Results 7 compounds were isolated, and 6 of them were identified as β-sitosterol(1), oleanic acid(2),(24R)-5α-stigmastane-3,6-dione(3), daucosterol(4), 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(5), vanillic acid (6). Conclusion Compounds 2-5 were obtained from Abutilon indicum (L.) Sweet for the first time.
