| 摘 要： | 目的分析上海3所医院分离的MRSA分布现状,以确定在这些医院内是否存在MRSA流行。方法用苯唑西林纸片扩散法、头孢西丁纸片扩散法、mecA基因扩增等方法检测MRSA,用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)法对所分离的112株MRSA进行同源性分析。结果RAPD法将检测菌株分为4个型别(A～D型),其中RAPDC型是上述2所医院的惟一流行菌株,B型和C型存在于另1所医院。结论在上述3所医院内存在相对单一的MRSA流行株。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the distribution of MRSA isolates from 3 hospitals in Shanghai,and verify if these MRSA strains have the same origin.Methods Oxacillin disk diffusion,cefoxitin disk diffusion test and PCR amplification of mecA gene were used to confirm MRSA strains.A total of 112 MRSA isolates were typed by randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD).Results RAPD identified 4 types(Type A through D),of which the main type was type C.This type was the only prevalent strain from Ruijin Hospital and Shanghai 6th Hospital.Both type B and C were prevalent in the isolates from Huashan Hospital.Conclusions The prevalent MRSA strains were relatively fewer in the 3 hospitals. |
