| 摘 要： | 临床医学的实习教学是医学生在校教育的最后阶段,具有就业准备性质,由于诸多因素的影响,应加强师资队伍建设,调动医学生的积极性并加强管理,方能使临床实习教学步入正轨,圆满完成教学任务.

| Abstract: | The practical teaching of clinical medicine is in progress on the last stage of the 5-year university life,so it has the feature of the employment preparation and is influenced by a lot of factors.To make the practical teaching of clinical medicine take the right turning and get a satisfactory result,we should not only lay stress on the construction of teachers'contingents,but also bring the students'initiative to play and tighten up the management. |
