摘    要:目的 了解有色金属冶炼工业环境污染对人群健康的影响。方法 选取甘肃某市有色金属污染区居民(110 4人 )作为研究对象 ,非污染区居民 (63 2人 )作为对照。采用整群抽样方法 ,以家庭为单位入户调查家庭各成员的身体健康状况。结果 污染区居民与对照区比较总患病率有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。呼吸系统、神经系统、皮肤病、关节炎、缺钙引起的牙痛掉牙、骨质增生、椎间盘突出和肾损害等疾病患病率比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;污染区呼吸系统疾病感冒、气管炎、哮喘患病率与对照区相比有显著性差异 (P均 <0 0 1) ;污染区咽炎、过敏性鼻炎患病率与对照区相比有显著性差异 (P均 <0 0 5) ;按年龄段分组后 50岁以上者污染区和对照区比较患病率有显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。结论 有色金属污染对居民身体健康状况造成较大影响 ,应针对厂矿企业排出污染物的特点采取措施改善环境 ,以减少其对人群健康的影响

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the effects of environmental polluti on of nonferrous metal to health of population. MethodsThe 1?104 people in area polluted with nonferrou s metal and 632 people in control area were selected with complete group samplin g and their health condition were surveyed. Results(1)The prevalence rate was significant different between polluted and control area (P<0.01);(2)The prevalence rates of the di sease of respiratory system,nervous system,skin,arthritis,toothache,bone hyperpl asia,protrusion of intervertebral disc and damage of kidney were significant dif ferent between polluted and control areas(P<0.01);(3)The prevalence rates of cold,trachitis,asthma were significant different between pollutedand control are AS(P<0.01),the prevalence rates of pharyngitis,hypersensitivityrhinitis were marked different between polluted and control areas(P<0.05);(4)Theprevalenc e rate in people aged over 50 years was significant different betweenpolluted an d control areas(P<0.01). ConclusionEnvironment pollution of nonfemousmetal can in fluence the people's health.
