摘    要:目的编制一种便捷、快速和准确的《血气分析结果智能判断软件》,以提高临床医师的工作效率。方法根据酸碱失衡规律,采用Swishmax 1.0编制血气分析结果智能判断软件。结果本软件能判断26种酸碱失衡类型。软件和人工两种方法判断正常血气及单纯性酸碱失衡的结果完全一致;判断47例混合性酸碱失衡的一致率为95.74%,两者呈高度一致性(Kappa值=8.85,P〈0.01)。结论本软件界面友好,操作方便,判断快速、准确可靠。
