摘    要:本文报告比常年春汛提前一个月,在早春三月中旬人工水淹洞庭湖草滩的钉螺,发现水淹深度0.5米或0.25米时螺卵的孵出率都很低。对未孵出的卵作组织学检查,水淹后第30天,发现82%以上卵胚结构有明显的破坏和坏死现象。认为提早人工水淹影响钉螺卵胚的发育,可大幅度降低螺口密度。从而证实春季提早水淹灭螺的效果。

Abstract:In March,1977,experimental observations on the effect of forehead floodingin early spring to the development of Oncomelania snail eggs and embryos werecarried out in the East Dongting Lake grassy marshes(one month before regularflooding).Before the flooding,Oncomelania snails had laid a large amount of eggeson the ground(471 eggs/900cm),30 days after the flooding,most of the Oncome-lania embryos were disintegrated.In the control area,most embryos developed no-rmally and on the 24th day,some of them developed into young snails.It is suggested that in the Oncomelania breeding places,especially those withlow altitudes such as grassy marshes,pits and ditches,artificial flooding in theearly spring can be used to lower down the snail density in large extent.(This work was completed under the guidance of Associate Prof.Liu Duo andlate Prof.Chen Guxin.)
