| 摘 要： | 目的了解女性精神分裂症配偶的心理健康状况.方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对120例女患配偶进行调查.结果女患配偶的SCL-90各因子分明显高于常人,尤在强迫、敌对、抑郁、人际关系、偏执项目评分为著;低文化组SCL-90因子分高于高文化组,农村组高于城市组.结论女患配偶心理健康水平下降,应注意心理疏导和咨询工作.

| Abstract: | Objectives:To explore the mental status for female schizophrenic's spouses.Methods:SCL\|90 scale was used to measure mental status for 120 female spouses especially on obsessive\|compulsive symptoms,hostility,depression,interpersonal relationship,paranoid factors.SC1\|90 factor scores were higher in low educated group than in high\|educated group and in the county group than in the city group.Conclusions:Mental health level was lower in schizophrenics spouses groups.Results:Factors scores of SC1\|90 were higher than control groups and they needed psycho\|education. |
