针灸治疗Bell氏麻痹的时机的随机对照研究

目的探讨针炙结合肌肉注射维生素B1、B12治疗Bell氏麻痹的时机与治疗效果的关系。方法将Bell氏麻痹60例按治疗开始时的年龄、性别、营养状态和面肌瘫痪的病程、程度随机配对分为早期(≤10d,30例)和晚期(10d,30例)组,均给予针灸治疗结合维生素B1注射剂100mg、维生素B12注射剂1mg肌肉注射,每日1次;并分别在治疗前和14、28d时按House Brackmann分级量表将面肌瘫痪程度量化,并比较两组患者的治愈率和总有效率。结果在治疗14、28d时早期组治愈率9(30%)、29(97%)]和总有效率28(94%)、30(100%)]均高于晚期组4(13%)、17(57%)和21(70%)、29(97%)],且除28d时的总有效率外,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在Bell氏麻痹早期使用针炙结合肌肉注射维生素B1、B12,有利于瘫痪面肌力量的恢复。

A randomized controlled study on the time-efficacy relation by the treatment of acupuncture & moxibustion in Bell's palsy

Objective To observe the time-efficacy relation by the treatment of acupuncture moxibustion in combination with vitamin B1、B12 in Bell＇s palsy.Methods In this randomized and controlled trial,A total of 60 patients with Bell＇s palsy were paired by their age,gender,nutritional state,and the course and the state of Bell＇s palsy at point of treatment beginning,and assigned to either the early group（≤10 d,30 patients） or the late group（〉10 d,30 patients）.Then,the cases of groups were treated with acu-moxi in combination with Vitamin B1,vitamin B12 intramuscularly daily,and the facial nerve functions were graded according to the House-Brackmann scale both pre-and the post-treatment of 14th and 28th day.Next,both the cure rate and the totally efficacious rate of the groups were compared statistically.Results The cure rate 9（30%）、29（97%）] and the totally efficacious rate 28（94%）、30（100%）] of the early group were greater than these of the late group 4（13%）、17（57%） 21（70%）、29（97%）] on the times of the treatment of 14th and 28th day,and their differences were significant statistically except their difference of the totally efficacious rate on the 28th day（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Even in the early stage of Bell＇s palsy,the treatment of acupuncture moxibustion in combination with vitamin B1、B12 is beneficial for the recovery of facial palsy.
