小鼠感染不同数量旋毛虫后幼虫在鼠体内的发育及分布

摘    要:目的 :观察小鼠感染不同数量旋毛虫幼虫后 ,幼虫在体内的发育、分布以及密度上的差异。方法 :小鼠随机分组感染不同数量旋毛虫幼虫 ,2 8天、35天后解剖观察鼠体不同组织内幼虫的发育 ,分布以及密度。结果 :旋毛虫在 3组小鼠体内发育情况大体相同 ,幼虫在鼠体膈肌和咬肌中的密度最高。不同动物组感染不同数量旋毛虫后 ,鼠体幼虫密度和分布有明显差异。结论 :研究结果表明 ,较小数量旋毛虫幼虫感染适宜于旋毛虫保种 ,较大数量旋毛虫幼虫感染适合于旋毛虫幼虫的收集及进行旋毛虫病的试验研究。

Abstract:Objective To observe the difference in development,distribution and density of T.spiralis larvae in mice infected by different numbers of these larvae.Method: We devided the mise into three grorps at vandom and infected them with different numbers of T.spiralis larvae.Twenty eight days and thirty five days later,the mice were anatomized respectively and the development,distribution and density of the larvae in the mouse bodies were observed.Results: The development of larvae were about the same in the three groups.The muscles harbouring the highest number of larvae were masseter and diaphragm muscle.However,the distribution and density of the Larvae were significantly different.Conclusion: The results indicate that while infecting with a small numbers of larvae is fit for keeping stips and a larger dose is suitable for collecting T.spiralis larvae and conducting related tests and studies.
