| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康莱特注射液对老年肺癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞及亚群CD28表达的影响。方法 49例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为化疗加康莱特注射液治疗组(A组,25例)和单纯化疗组(B组,24例)。化疗方案采用吉西他滨+顺铂,A组加用康莱特注射液200 ml/d静脉滴入,连用21 d。治疗2个周期评价疗效。用流式细胞术检测治疗前后T淋巴细胞及亚群CD28分子表达。结果 A组治疗前后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+、CD8+CD28-无明显变化(P>0.05);与治疗前及A组比较,B组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD8+CD28+降低,CD8+CD28-升高(P<0.05)。结论康莱特可能通过影响T淋巴细胞及亚群,尤其是CD8+CD28+表达调节机体细胞免疫功能。
