| 摘 要： | 目的评价应用原发灶对侧血管蒂颏下动脉岛状皮瓣修复口底区恶性肿瘤切除术后组织缺损的可行性。方法以原发灶对侧面动脉-颏下动脉岛状肌皮瓣修复7例口底区恶性肿瘤切除术后缺损。术前活检均为口底黏膜鳞癌。肌皮瓣为7 cm×5 cm~8 cm×6 cm。结果 7例患者术后皮瓣完全成活。经术后4~20个月随访,1例口底癌术后局部肿瘤复发,其余6例未发现复发和转移,全部皮瓣形态质地良好。结论原发灶对侧血管蒂颏下岛状皮瓣具有可靠血供,操作简便安全。
