| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨米非司酮单独应用与以炔失碳失碳酯合并应用的紧避孕效果。方法：将避孕失败或无保护性生活后７２小时内有的３００例健康妇女随机分为３组。组Ｉ（１００例），口服米非司酮２５ｍｇ，１２小时后重复１次，组Ⅱ（９９例），口服米非司酮２５ｍｇ１次；组Ⅲ（１０１例），１次口服米非司司酮２５ｍｇ及双炔失碳酯７．５ｍｇ。结果：组Ｉ无妊娠发生，组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ各妊娠１例；避孕有效率３组依次为１００．０％，８３．８％，

| Abstract: | Objective:Tostudytheeficacyofmifepristoneorwithanordrinforemergencycon-traception.Methods:300healthywomenwererecruitedwithin72hoursafterunprotectedinter-courseorcontraceptivefailureandrandomlyalocatedinto3groups.Group1(n=100),mifepristone25mgtwicewith12hoursapart;group2(n=99),singledoseofmifepristone25mg;andgroup3(n=101),mifepristone25mgandanordrine7.5mggivenonce.Results:Nopregnancyoccuredingroup1,while1pregnancyineachgroup2and3.Thecontraceptiveefectivenesswere100.0%,83.8%and86.1%forthe3groupsrespectively.Theoveralmenstruationdisturbancesandsideef-fectswerelow.Conclusions:Bothmifepristone50or25mgwereefectiveforemergencycontracep-tionandnosynergeticefectsofanordrinincombinationwithmifepristonewasshowninthisstudy. |
