| 摘 要： | 目的：应用肺表面活性剂（ＳＡＭ）对早产仔兔进行实验性治疗，探讨ＳＡＭ对肺泡形态的影响。方法：将早产仔兔分为用药组（用药剂量为Ａ组５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｂ组１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｃ组１５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ）和对照组（给相同剂量生理盐水），用图象分析仪对用药组肺泡形态进行观察，并与对照组比较。结果：单位面积内肺泡数，Ａ组为９４．３±１２．５个，Ｂ组为８９．９±１７．３个，Ｃ组为８８．４±１０．５个，对照组为１２７．５±１５．４个，用药组与对照组比较，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。肺泡面积，Ａ组为０．５５９％±０．０３５％，Ｂ组为０．５７７％±０．０６１％，Ｃ组为０．５８９％±０．０４６％，对照组为０．４６４％±０．０５５％，用药组与对照组比较，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：ＳＡＭ对早产仔兔肺泡形态有明显影响，可用于新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:Tostudytheefectsoftreatmentbysurfactantmanufacturedbyourinsti-tuteonprematurerabbitsthroughobservationofalveolarmorphologicchanges.Methods:Themor-phologyofalveolarareaintheprematurerabbitswerequantitativelystudiedbymorphometry.Re-sults:Inthesurfactanttreatedgroup,therewasareductionofalveolarnumber,andincreasesinalveolusareaandtheratioofalveolustoalveolarseptum.Thesechangeswerebeterthanthatinthecontrolgroup.Conclusion:Oursurfactantwasefectiveforrespiratorydistresssyndromeinprema-turerabbits. |
