孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

目的:观察孟鲁司特钠在咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法:选择咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例,随机分为两组:孟鲁司特钠组和糖皮质激素组。孟鲁司特钠组:每晚嚼服孟鲁斯特钠片,共用12周;糖皮质激素组:早晚各吸入丙酸倍氯米松气雾剂,共用12周。结果:两组症状缓解时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿的FEV1治疗前与治疗后比较均有明显改变(P<0.05),但两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿的咳嗽症状恶化数和典型哮喘转化率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠是治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的良好药物。

Effect of montelukast sodium in the children underwent cough variant asthma

Objective To observe the effect of montelukast sodium on the children underwent cough variant asthma. Methods One hundred children underwent cough variant asthma were divided into two groups： montelukast sodium group and glucocorticoid group. The children in the montelukast sodium group were administered with montelukast sodium. The children in the glucocorticoid group were administered with beclometasone dipropionate aerosol. Results The FEV1in two groups increased significantly after treatment. There were no significant different in the symptoms disappear time,clinical effect,FEV1,the time of cough symptoms worsen,typical asthma conversion rate in both groups. Conclusion Montelukast sodium is an effective drugs for cough variant asthma.
