| 摘 要： | 目的针对护理工作展开对比研究,了解风险管理在日常护理中的应用效果。旨在优化护理模式,提升我院护理有效性。方法选取180例患者与60名护理人员,将其随机分为对照组及观察组。对比两组护理人员护理质量以及患者对护理满意程度。结果观察组护理人员在护理质量各项因素上均优于对照组,对比具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论风险管理能够对护理中易出现的风险项目起到预防作用,适合在临床护理中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To comparative study on the nursing work, understand the application effect in the normal course of nursing risk management. Aims to optimize the mode of nursing and improve nursing efficiency. Methods Select 180 patients and 60 nurses, it were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Compared two groups of nursing care quality of nursing and patients satisfaction. Results Observation group of nursing staff in the factors of nursing quality were better than control group, compared with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk management to the care of the easy occurrence risk project prevention effect, suitable for popularization in clinical nursing. |
