| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肿瘤患者生活质量现状及相关影响因素。方法对49例肿瘤患者在治疗前、治疗中和治疗后采用一般情况调查表与中国癌症患者化学生物治疗生活质量表(QOLCCC)进行问卷调查并分析。结果肿瘤患者在治疗前、中和后的QOL中躯体维度差异有显著性(P<0.01),受性别、家人关怀、文化程度、家庭收入的影响。结论治疗中躯体方面的反应给癌症患者的生活质量带来最大影响,临床护理人员的重视程度,缓解痛苦的多种措施及其他非躯体因素也影响癌症患者的生活质量,临床护理人员应采取个性化的措施分别对待,以提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the current status of cancer patients' quality of life and its related influential factors. Methods Forty-nine cancer patients were investigated by general condition questionnaire and quality of Life questionnaire for Chinese cancer patients receiving chemobiotherapy (QOL-CCC). Results There were significant differences in physical dimensions before,during and after treatment (P<0.01). The life quality was affected by gender,care of family,degree of education and income of the family. Conclusion The body reaction during treatment which affected the quality of life(QOL)of cancer patients was of first importance. The concerns of nurses,measures to alleviate suffering and other non-somatic factors affected as well.Individualized treatment should be taken to improve the quality of life of different patient. |
