| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性前壁、下壁心肌梗死时心电图变化与梗死相关动脉的关系。方法：对37例急性前壁心肌梗死与46例急性下壁心肌梗死患者的心电图改变及冠状动脉造影结果,进行回顾性分析比较。结果：急性前壁心肌梗死的梗死相关动脉多为左前降支;急性下壁心肌梗死的梗死相关动脉多为右冠状动脉,少数为回旋支;当急性下壁心肌梗死的梗死相关动脉为右冠状动脉时有Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF导联ST段上移。结论：通过对急性前壁、下壁心肌梗死患者的心电图分析,可以对梗死相关动脉做出预测和判断。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate acute anterior wall myocardial infarction under the change and the relationship between infarct-related artery.Methods：37 patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction and 46 patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction in patients with ECG changes and coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results：The infarct related artery on left anterior descending was 33 cases（89.1%） in anterior wall acute myocardial infarction,and on right coronary artery was 35 cases（76.1%）in inferior wall acute myocardial infarction.Conclustion：By acute anterior,inferior wall myocardial infarction ECG analysis can make predictions on the infarct-related artery and judge. |
