| 摘 要： | 文章总结了杨震教授治疗抑郁症的中医诊疗特色。认为治疗抑郁症多从肝入手,根据本病不同临床特点辨证论治,重视体用结合,治疗主要从“辨气血阴阳,调气机升降,别脏腑虚实,重身心同治”4个方面入手,临床疗效确切,可为中医辨治提供思路。

| Abstract: | The article summarizes Professor YANG Zhen''s traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment characteristics in treating depression. He believes that treating depression often starts with the liver,discriminates and treats according to the different clinical characteristics of the disease,emphasizes the combination of body and function. The treatment mainly starts from four aspects:“distinguishing qi,blood,yin and yang,regulating the rise and fall of qi,distinguishing the deficiency and excess of zang and fu,and emphasizing the treatment of both body and mind”. The clinical efficacy is accurate and can provide ideas for the differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
