前列腺增生尿潴留患者应用开塞露灌肠的护理观察

目的:观察应用开塞露保留灌肠治疗前列腺增生尿潴留的疗效。方法:对42例良性前列腺增生症尿潴留患者在使用传统诱导排尿无效后,利用不同剂量(40,60,80 mL)开塞露保留灌肠治疗,并观察排便、排尿时间。结果:42例尿潴留患者中36例排便、排尿,总有效率为85.7%。60 mL组及80 mL组有效率明显高于10 mL组,而60 mL组及80 mL组之间无统计学意义。结论:开塞露保留灌肠可促进排尿,开塞露用量在60~80 mL为宜。

Nursing observation of glycerine enema clyster for patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland complicated with urinary retention

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of application of glycerine enema clyster for the treatment of patients with hyperplasia of prostate gland complicated with urinary retention.Methods:After invalid application of routine induced urination for 42 patients with benign hyperplasia of prostate gland complicated with urinary retention,different doses of glycerine emema(40,60,and 80 mL) were employed for retention enema treatment.The time for defecation and urination was observed.Results:Defecation and urination were found in 36 out of 42 patients with the total effective rate of 85.75%.The effective rate in 60 mL and 80 mL groups was significantly higher than that in 40 mL group,but no difference was found between the 60 mL group and the 80 mL group.Conclusion:Retention enema with glyserine enema can facilitate urination.The optimal dose of glyerine enema may be 60～80 mL.
