摘    要:目的:介绍一种海马结构的磁共振图像分割方法Snake模型,并利用该模型对海马结构的磁共振图像进行分割研究。材料和方法:首先在MR图像工作站上采集图像,并进行图像预处理;然后编程,利用Snake模型进行海马结构的边缘检测,从磁共振图像中分割出海马结构。结果:除通过人机交互,由操作者给出初始轮廓外,Snake模型能从磁共振图像中自动分割出海马结构。Snake分割与人工分割总的重叠率是84%,标准差SD=8.30。结论:Snake模型是一种快速、有效的海马结构分割方法,具有很强的鲁棒性和稳定性。

Abstract:A fast and efficient segmentation method of hippocampal formation MRI,snake model,was introduced in this paper.Materials and Method:At first,MR images were acquired with 1.5T unit(Philips Gyroscan ACS-NT) and were preprocessed on the MR image workstation;and then,to program and hippocampal formation can be separated from MR brain images by using snake model.Results:Hippocampal formation can be automatically segmented by the snake model except that an initial contour was drawn by an operator.The overall percentage overlap between snake and manual segmentations was 84%,SD=8.03.Conclusion:The snake model is fast and efficient and has strong robustness in the segmentation of hippocampal formation.
