| 摘 要： | 对上海市虹口区凉城地区部分居民的医疗需求调查分析发现,目前社区人口结构老化,慢性病成为主要疾病,急需多种医疗服务。但社区居民正被保健知识少,医疗服务不方便,医疗保健制度欠完善等问题所困扰。提示解决这些问题的出路在于转变医疗模式,开展全科医疗,改革现行医疗体制;政府应尽快制定全科医疗规范和相关的政策,并将全科医疗纳入国家医疗保障规划。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the growing need for government departments and health service departments to scientifically and rationally study the ageing of community population and take appropriate measures to deal with the problem; more emphasis on disease prevention,health promotion,and cost-effective quality health care as close to family as possible through general practitioners (GPs)practices;and questions about how to develop community medicine with a considerable number of physicians absorbed into the GPs labor market and how to raise their service capabilities so that they reduce referrals,do more work themselves,and make greater contributions through effective and flexible communications with next higher level facilities. |
