| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤的治疗最佳方案。方法:回顾性分析38例肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤患者临床资料,保守治疗11例;手术治疗27例,清创内固定、桡神经探查18例,其中10例桡神经离断或不完全裂伤者行神经吻合术,神经松解术治疗9例;所有患者均于早期开始康复治疗及功能训练;随访6～18月。结果:保守治疗优良率100%,手术治疗优良率74.1%,总体优良率为81.6%。结论:选择合理的治疗方式、及时手术可提高肱骨干骨折合并桡神经损伤的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment and functional rehabilitation strategy for humeral shaft fracture accompanied by radial nerve injury. Methods:The clinical data of 38 cases of humeral shaft fracture with radial nerve injury were analyzed retrospectively.
