血浆内皮素与系统性红斑狼疮的关系

采用放射免疫分析法测定了30例健康人和36例系统性红斑狼疮病人血浆内皮素－1（EF－1）水平变化，结果显示系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）血浆ET－1浓度较正常人明显增高（P＜0．01），SLE病人有抗ds－DNA抗体升高和补体CC下降，而无抗ds－DNA抗体升高和补体CC下降者其ET－1水平亦有升高（P＜0．01），三个月治疗后ET－1水平无明显差异（与治疗前比，P＞0．05），直线相关分析表明，血浆ET－1与抗ds－DNA抗体值呈显著正相关，与补体CC呈显著负相关。提示ET－1参与了SLE血管损伤的发病过程，测定血浆ET－1水平变化可望作为判定病情严重程度和治疗好坏的一个指标。对抗ET－1作用的治疗，有可能成为SLE治疗的一个新方法。

The Relationship Between the Plasma Levels of Endothelin and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

The level of plasma endothelin- 1(ET-1) was measured with radioimmunoassay in 36 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and 30 healthy subjects as control. The results showed ET-1 was significantly higher in SLE than in control(P<0.01) and also these was significantly higher level of ET-1 in these SLE cases who had higher level of ds-DNA antibody and lower level of complements C3,C4 than in those SLE cases who had normal levd of ds-DNA antibody abd comlements C3' C4.The level of ET- 1 in the SLE cases was not changed considerably before and after 3 months treatment(P>0.05) there was significantly positive conefation between ds-DNA antibody and ET-1 level. A sisnificant negative correlation was found between ET-1 level and complements C3' C4. The result indicates high level of ET-1 is related to vascular lesion in SLE. The level of ET-1 in plasma in an important indicator to decide the degree of disease severity and the therapeutic effect.Drugs which can influence plasma ET-1 level may be used in the treatment of the disease.
