| 摘 要： | 目的观察儿童肱骨髁上骨折的治疗效果。方法对43例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患儿根据骨折情况，采用非手术治疗6例，手术治疗37例，并对治疗结果进行评价。结果治疗后随访6个月～2年，非手术治疗的6例中，5例疗效优良，1例稍差；37例手术治疗者中，32例优良，5例差。结论对儿童肱骨髁上骨折，可现先行闭合复位，但对开放性骨折合并血管神经损伤，肘部明显肿胀，手法复位失败者，则应选择手术治疗，两种方法均可获得满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical treatment of supracondylar fracture of the humerus in children.Methods Among 43 patients with supracondylar fracture of the humerus,6 cases were treated with non-surgical treatment and 37 cases with surgical treatment.The effect treatment was analyzed.Results During the follow-ups of 6 months to 2 years,5 of 6 cases with non-surgical treatment, cases got excellent effect and 1 got bad effect.32 of 37 cases with surgical treatment got excellent or fine effect and 1 got bad e... |
