| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性四肢血管损伤的治疗方法。方法回顾分析2001年1月至2007年6月我院收治的48例四肢血管损伤患者的临床资料。结果本组病例血管损伤手术后的通畅率达100%,死亡率为2.08%,无截肢病例。结论手术探查是诊治急性血管损伤的主要手段,尽早修复重建是保肢成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate surgical treatments of acute injury of blood vessel in extremities.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with injury of blood vessel admitted to our hospital from January 2001 to June 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patency rate of primary surgical treatment was 100% and the mortality was 2.08 %.There were no amputated cases.Conclusion Surgical exploration is the mainstay of diagnostic approaches for acute vascular injury and early reparation and reconstruction is essenti... |
