| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨吸毒者生理戒断后的心理健康状况及其治疗。方法：选择123例生理戒断的吸毒者为吸毒组和142名正常人为对照组进行心理测评，测评内容包括SCL－90、社会支持评定、EPQ、SAS和SDS自评量表，然后进行比较，结果：恐怖因子分吸毒组明显高于对照组（P＜0．01），而且SCL－90总分、EPQ神经质量表（N）、SAS和SDS及社会支持总分低于对照组（P＜0．01），结论：表明吸毒组有严重心理障碍和个性状况异常，在生理戒断后需长期心理治疗和个性矫正。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mental health status of Drug addicts and its treatment.Methods Mental health of 123 drug addicts (Drug group) and 142 normal People (control group)were assessed by SCL- 90,social support Rating scale,SAS, EPQ and SDS.Results Drug group scored apparently higher in phobia factor than control group( P <0.01),while lower in SCL- 90 total score,score of EPQ, SAS, SDS and social support Rating scale toal Score( P <0.01). Conclusions It indicats that drug addicts have severe psychological disorders and unusua Personality charalteristics and need long-term Psychological treatment and Personality correction ofter detoxication. |
