| 摘 要： | 目的评价简易式睾丸穿刺取精用于阻塞性无精子症的诊治。方法用一次性注射器缓慢而稳定地刺入睾丸内部，抽吸少许睾丸组织，捣碎后镜检，培养10-12h后再次置显微镜下观察精子活力情况。结果16例患者17次穿刺取精，取出的睾丸组织可见成熟精子。其中，14例15次倒置镜下可见c级活动精子，培养后再次观察10例可见a或b级精子。结论简易式睾丸穿刺取精用于阻塞性无精子症的诊治是一种值得推广的方法。

| Abstract: | Objectives] To determine simple testicular neddle aspiration in the diagnosis of the men with obstructive azoospermia. Methods] Injector is penetrated into the spermary, aspirated small spermary tissue, after mashing, spermary tissue is examined in the microscope. After cultivating 10-12 hours, it is examined in the the sperm activities with microscope again. Results] 16 patients underwent 17 cycles, mature sperm is observed, 14 patients underwent 15 cycles, e grade active sperm is observed, after cultivating, a or b grade sperm is observed in 10 patients. Conclusions] It is a recommendable method that simple testieular needle aspiration in the men diagnosis and treatment of the men with obstruetive azoospermia. |
