| 摘 要： | 目的 探索结石性胆囊炎与胆总管扩张程度的相关因素。方法 对408例胆囊切除术中胆总管扩张病人测量胆总管直径,术毕测量结石直径和数量。结果 结石直径小于0.2cm组、0.3-0.5cm、非充满结石组胆总管扩张病人最多。结论 胆总管扩张与结石性胆囊炎有以下相关因素 ①胆总管代偿性扩张。②排石现象。③炎性粘连及结石压迫。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the correlation factor between choledochectasia and lithic cholecystitis. Methods The choledochus diameter 408 cases was measured in cholecystectomy, the gallstone diameter and quantity were measured postoperation. Results The number of choledochectasia was most at the group of less than 0.2cm,0.3 -0.5cm and unfull of gallstone. Conclusion The interrelation between choledochectasia and lithic cholecystitis ①Compensatory cholangiodilation.②Lithangogue appearance.③Inflammatory adhesion and gallstone constricts. |
