镉对大鼠血清性激素水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察经口镉染毒对大鼠血清性激素水平的影响.方法大鼠通过饮水给予镉(0、50、100和200 mg/kg),采用放射免疫分析法测定血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH).结果200 mg/kg镉染毒组大鼠睾丸脏器系数(每g体重该脏器的mg数)在第1个月和第3个月分别为10.78和8.66,高于对照组(9 98和7.45),差异有显著性(P<0.05);第6个月后差异无显著性(P>0.05).镉染毒第1个月,镉染毒组大鼠血清T、FSH、及LH水平与对照组比较,差异均无显著性(P>0.05);第3个月50、100和200 mg/kg镉染毒组睾酮水平分别为286.88、225.63和259.60 pmol/L,明显高于对照组(111.58 pmol/L),差异有显著性(P<0.05);第6个月只有200 mg/kg镉染毒组的睾酮水平(327.34 pmo/L)高于对照组236.16 pmol/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05),同时LH水平(2.53 ng/ml)与对照组(4.52 ng/ml)比较明显降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论经口镉染毒能引起大鼠血清性激素水平的变化.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum sexual hormone levels in the rats exposed to cadmium by drinking water. Methods Cadmium was given to rats at 0,50,100 and 200 mg/kg in drinking water.The serum testosterone,follicle stimulating hormone,and luteinizing hormone were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results At the end of the first month with cadmium administration,there was no significant change in serum hormone levels.At the end of the third month after cadmium administration,the levels of serum testosterone in the 50,100 and 200 mg/kg groups were 286.88,225.63 and 259.60 pmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than that in control group(111.58 pmol/L).At the end of the sixth month,however,significant elevation of serum testosterone could only be observed in the Cd exposure group at 200 mg/kg(327.34 pmol/L).In the meantime,a significant decrease of luteinizing hormone was noted in the dose group of 200 mg/kg(2.53 ng/ml) when compared with the control group(4.52 ng/ml) in the sixth month after cadmium administration. Conclusion Oral exposure to cadmium may induce change in the levels of serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone.
