| 摘 要： | 大部分植物源杀虫剂成分,由于其毒性大、生物利用度不高等原因,不能够用于新杀虫剂的开发,从而限制了杀虫剂的发展。但是对植物源杀虫剂活性成分进行适当的结构修饰,对于开发出新型杀虫剂会产生深远的意义。本文主要阐述了目前新杀虫剂的创制方法,其中着重介绍了活性成分结构修饰的方法以及作为植物源杀虫剂的苦参碱结构修饰的研究进展。
