STAT4与Bax、C—myc在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

THE EXPRESSIONS OF STAT4,BAX AND C-MYC IN HUMAN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER TISSUE AND CORRELATIVITY ANALYSIS

Objective： To investigate the expressions of STAT4,Bax and c-myc in human non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and normal lung tissues;and to study their relationship.Methods： Forty resected tissue samples form patients with NSCLC and twenty normal lung tissues were subjected to immunohistochemical staining（SP） for STAT4,Bax and c-myc.Results： ①The positive expression rate of STAT4 in NSCLC was obviously higher than in normal lung tissues（P〈0.01）.②Expression of STAT4 in NSCLC was concerned with histological types,and the expression in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than in squamous cell carcinoma（P〈0.01）.③No relationship was found between STAT4 and Bax overexpression（P〉0.05）.④No relationship was found between STAT4 and c-myc overexpression（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：①STAT4 was overexpressed in human NSCLC and concerned with the histological types.It indicated that STAT4 might play a special role in occurrence and development of lung cancer.② No relationship was found between STAT4 and Bax or STAT4 and c-myc,indicating that STAT4 played its role in occurrence and development of NSCLC regardless of apoptosis and oncogene.
