| 摘 要： | 目的:了解厦门市湖里区伤害死亡发生的流行病学特征,以期为制定相关防治措施提供依据。方法:用分层随机抽样方法,抽取二级、三级医院各1所为哨点监测医院,并收集该院发生于2007年1月1日至2010年12月31日的伤害死亡病例。结果:2007～2010年湖里区共报告伤害死亡病例112例,男女性别比2.86:1;伤害死亡首位死因是机动车车祸(40.18%),首位损伤性质是器官系统损伤(40.19%),首位损伤部位是头部(38.39%),按平均期望寿命80岁,平均每人潜在寿命损失年数是44.11年。伤害死亡主要威胁25～44岁年龄组人群(41.96%)。结论:交通事故是损伤与中毒死亡的首位原因,加强交通事故的防范宣传、改善交通环境,可以减少交通伤害死亡。
