摘    要:目的:在PAMAM末端连接生物烷化剂去甲氮芥。方法:采用发散法,以乙二胺、丙烯酸甲酯为原料合成了1.0~2.0代PAMAM化合物,然后用EDC脱水,与N,N-双(2-氯乙基)邻氨甲酰苯甲酸缩合得到末端含双(2-氯乙基)胺的PAMAM化合物。结果:合成了2个末端含双(2-氯乙基)胺的PAMAM化合物。结论:目标化合物的结构经1H NMR确证。

Abstract:Objective: To attach normustard,a biological alkylating agent,to the end of PAMAM.Methods: G1.0~G2.0 PAMAM were synthesized by divergent synthesis using ethylenediamine,methyl acrylate as raw material.Then,PAMAM containing bis-(2-cholorethyl)-amine terminal group were obtained by condensation with N,N-bis-(2-cholorethyl)-phthalamic acid and dehydration using EDC.Results: Two PAMAM containing bis-(2-cholorethyl)-amine terminal group were synthesized.Conclusion: The structures of the target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR.
