杀虫烟剂的研制与应用

摘    要:目的:开发一种杀虫烟剂,用于国境口岸快速杀虫。方法:参照国家标准及相关文献的报道。结果:杀虫烟剂在常温贮存,对德国小蠊的KT50为8.09~8.32min,48h死亡率为100%;模拟现场对淡色库蚊、德国小蠊和美洲大蠊的2h全部击倒,48h死亡率为100%;现场处理船舶、居民家庭、饭店和集装箱,对蟑螂的灭效为92.01%和100%;大鼠的急性吸入毒性LC50大于5000mg/m3,属微毒类农药,家兔眼刺激为无刺激;烟剂点燃时间为3″~5″、发烟时间为3′5″~3′28″、自燃温度为120.8~125.5℃、燃烧温度为205~210℃、成烟率为85.19~91.85%、吸湿率为0.13%、热储1~2周降解率分别为2.21%,安全性能检测合格。结论:杀虫烟剂杀蟑螂效率高,而且使用简便、安全,性能稳定,对环境无污染。

Abstract:Objective: To develop the killing pest aerosol production which will be used in Chinese frontier. Methods: These methods are refer to Chinese standard methods (GB/T) and some other recognized literatures. Results: With normal temperatures, the KTS0 of killing cockroach aerosol production for Blattella germaniea is 8.09 min-8.32min; the 48h death rate is 100%; at our simulation site, all Blattella germanica, Periplaneta americana or Culex pipiens pallens were be knocked down within 2hr, on-site processing ships, households ,restaurants and container, to eliminate effects of cockroach 92.01%and100% which were all killed within 48h; For the rat acute itthalation toxicity rest, the LD50 exceeded 5000mg/m^3. For the rabbit eye test, it proved to have no irritation. Other safe function items are all eligible; The Aerosol has better capability. The perfectibility is better. The Ignite time is 3see-5sec, send out smoke time is 3min 5sec-28sec. The self-ignite temperature is 120.8℃-125.5℃, burning temperature is 205℃-210℃. The moisture absorption rate is 0.13%, dispel rate is 2.12% at 14 day in hot store up. Conclusions: The aerosol has high kill rate for cockroach, it has convenient handle, safety, performance stabilization, nothing pollution.
