白藜芦醇对正常家兔血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的:观察白藜芦醇(Res)对正常家兔血流动力学的影响。方法:经麻醉家兔右侧颈总动脉插管进入左心室,通过生物信号记录系统观察Res对正常家兔血流动力学的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,Res呈剂量依赖性降低心率(HR)、左室收缩内压峰值(LVSP)、左室内压上升/下降速率最大值(lv±dp/dtmax);并可降低收缩压(SBP),而对左室舒张压峰值(LVDP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)、心室内压变化时间(t-dp/dtmax)等无明显影响。结论:本实验证实白藜芦醇可以减慢心率,降低心肌收缩力。

Abstract:Objective: to observe the effects of Res on hemodynamics in rabbits. Methods:A tube was inserted through right common carotid artery of anesthetized rabbit into left ventricle, and the effect was observed with biological signal disposal system.Results:Compared with blank group,Res obviously decreased HR,LVSP,1v dp/dtmaxand 1v-dp/dtmax,with does dependence in certain time. Res decreased SBP,but there is no significantly changes of LVDP,LVEDP and t-dp/dtmax.Conclusion:Res can weaken cardiac muscle contraction and reduce HR.
